2025年11月5日から9日の期間に幕張メッセにて開催されたPhotonIcs and Electromagnetics Research Symposium (PIERS2025)に小澤が参加し、Structured Light from Laser Sources and Applicationsのセッションにおいてベクトルビームを用いたレーザー加工に関する招待講演を行いました。オープニングセレモニーでは天皇陛下もご臨席され、光技術の重要性を述べられると共に、ご自身のご研究での光にまつわるエピソードなどご紹介されました。
